Banipark Dharmarth Sansthan operates the Maharshi Raman Diagnostic Center, providing the following services:

• Medical diagnostic tests and pathology services
• Medical consultations across various specialties
• Health checkup packages
• Imaging services (MRI, CT Scan, 2D Echo, etc.)
• Alternative therapies (Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Kansa Therapy)

3. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person at our facility.
• We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability.
• Patients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of appointments.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of service delivery unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash and digital payment methods as available.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we strive to maintain SMS Hospital-equivalent rates.
• Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions.
• For health packages, full payment is required before the commencement of tests.

5. Test Results and Reports

• Test results are provided based on the standard turnaround time for each test type.
• Reports can be collected in person or delivered as per the arrangement made at the time of booking.
• We maintain strict confidentiality of all test results and patient information.
• Test results are accurate to the best of our knowledge and based on NABL & ILAC accredited standards.
• Patients are advised to consult with their doctors for interpretation of test results.

6. Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and information.
• Patients must follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.) as advised.
• Patients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or medical conditions.
• Patients must treat our staff and facilities with respect and courtesy.
• Patients must provide valid identification when required.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All medical records and test results are kept confidential and are only shared with authorized personnel or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic services, Banipark Dharmarth Sansthan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
• Once tests have been performed, refunds are generally not available unless there is a service error on our part.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Rajasthan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
