1. General Policy
Due to the nature of medical diagnostic services, refunds are generally not available once services have been rendered. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require special consideration. This policy applies to all services including:
- Diagnostic tests and pathology services
- Medical consultations
- Health checkup packages
- Imaging services (MRI, CT Scan, 2D Echo, etc.)
- Alternative therapies (Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Kansa Therapy)
2. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- No cancellation charges apply if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payment made.
Service Cancellations
- If you cancel a service before it has been performed, you may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the terms below.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via phone/WhatsApp to our official contact number.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Service Not Performed: Full refund if service is cancelled before being performed and payment was made in advance.
- Service Error: Full refund if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect test performed, equipment malfunction, service not provided as promised).
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous payments.
- Package Cancellation: Partial refund may be available for health packages if cancelled before commencement, subject to administrative charges.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Services that have already been performed (tests conducted, consultations completed, reports generated)
- No-show appointments without prior cancellation
- Patient dissatisfaction with test results (results are based on medical analysis)
- Change of mind after service has been initiated
- Failure to follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.)
- Services cancelled due to patient's failure to provide required information or documents
4. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date or service cancellation.

- Provide the following information:
- Payment receipt or transaction reference number
- Patient name and contact information
- Date of service or payment
- Reason for refund request
Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque, subject to verification.
- Administrative charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Health Package Refunds
Special terms apply to health checkup packages:
- If cancelled before any tests are performed: Full refund minus 10% administrative charges.
- If cancelled after partial tests are performed: Refund for unused tests minus administrative charges.
- If all tests in the package are completed: No refund available.
- Package validity: Health packages must be completed within the specified validity period. Expired packages are not eligible for refunds.
6. Test Report Issues
If you have concerns about test reports:
- Contact us immediately if you believe there is an error in your test report.
- We will review the case and may offer a retest at no additional cost if an error is confirmed on our part.
- Refunds are not provided for test results that are medically accurate, even if they differ from patient expectations.
- If a retest is required due to our error, it will be performed free of charge.
7. Consultation Refunds
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
- If a consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the consultation fee may be refunded or credited for future use.
- No-show appointments without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds.
- If a doctor is unavailable and we cannot provide a substitute, a full refund will be issued.
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- Medical emergencies preventing service utilization
- Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
- Equipment failure or facility closure
- Other circumstances beyond patient control

9. Payment Method Refunds
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque within 10-15 business days.
- Digital Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
- Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed to the bank account provided, subject to verification.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision:
- You can request a review by speaking with our management team.
- Provide detailed documentation supporting your refund request.
- We are committed to fair resolution and will review all cases thoroughly.
- Final decisions will be communicated in writing.
